MyCemetery.care uses cemetery-owner names, email addresses, property addresses, photos, and service-request information to manage accounts, prepare proposals, coordinate service, and provide support. Necessary job details are shared with independently reviewed grounds-care providers. Stripe collects payment information directly; the application stores payment references rather than full card numbers. Account sessions use cookies. Photos are used for service coordination and review; marketing use requires separate permission. Contact hello@myyardcare.com with privacy requests. This draft must be reviewed for the actual business, vendors, retention practices, and applicable rights before public use.
Public provider profiles
Public provider profiles are limited to display names, approved work photos, general service areas, availability, and aggregate review ratings. Exact addresses, contact information, portraits, customer names and review comments, and credential documents are not published. Reviewed insurance information is available only with an authorized proposal; original identity and work-authorization documents remain restricted to the provider and platform administrators.
